Returns & Exchanges

At BOGG BAG, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Bag

  Place your unused Bogg Bag and any accessories into the original shipping box and securely attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
